I have worked with listed businesses which are substantially owned by families, with private family businesses and with estates.

I have also written and spoken on family office issues including how to prepare young people for their inheritance.

Separating family issues from business issues is the primary challenge in this sector, and much of my interventions are in faciliating truth and reconciliation amongst family members around a shared purpose.
