Targets are identified and researched. A  "personal business plan" is written, incorporating a marketing plan and collateral. We approach targets directly or via intermediaries; we prepare you for interviews and meetings; debrief you and the targets; manage your relationship with headhunters and organisations and deal with issues as they arise. And they always do. Critically, we help you close the deal. It can take anything up to 130 days. You pay or your organisation can pay or, both can contribute.
• FM Platinum is for entrepreneurs working their earn-outs or those looking to build a "portfolio" career of NXD and consultancy opportunities. FM has developed a one-year tailored service to meet specific financial, personal growth and philanthropic needs.
