Approach- Over six years Ciarán Fenton devised and developed a proprietary model, the FENTON MANAGEMENT Model (FM Model) whose core principle is that your career is a business and can be managed like one by growing your “career equity” which consists of your CV ( Skills and Experience), EI (Emotional Intelligence) and PR (Reputation).
