- FENTON MANAGEMENT consists of Ciarán Fenton supported by a small team. He devised The FENTON MANAGEMENT Model and has been delivering it for over five years. Previously, he held managing and commercial director roles at Hachette (OPG), ITN, Pearson and The Guardian Media Group and has been exposed to a wide range of personal development and organisational change processes. Ciarán has extensive marketing and PR experience, is a mentor on the London Business School Entrepreneurship Summer School, a memeber of Coutts Bank A&R Faculty, a school Governor and a Business Advisor with Young Enterprise.
- Malcolm Wolf, who provides "supervision" on client's business issues as well as general advice to FM, is a former McKinsey and KPMG partner with extensive international business consultancy experience.
- FENTON MANAGEMENT has access to psychotherapists at The Gestalt Centre, London for supervision on psychological issues and models.
